5 positionsSenior Backend Engineer. Platform
Platform. Remote (UTC plus or minus 4). Full-time
Own the FastAPI services that back accounts, inbox, and automation. You will design APIs, harden tenant isolation, and shave milliseconds off request paths.
What you will do
- • Design and ship features across account-service, inbox-service, and the task orchestrator.
- • Improve query patterns and SQLAlchemy models with tenant isolation as a hard invariant.
- • Write production-quality tests (pytest) and own your code through deploy.
What we look for
- • 5+ years writing production Python (async preferred).
- • Deep PostgreSQL fluency, including transaction isolation and locking.
- • Comfort owning systems end-to-end: API, DB, background workers.
Senior Frontend Engineer. Operator UX
Platform. Remote (UTC plus or minus 4). Full-time
Build the operator-facing dashboard. You care about pixel-precision, keyboard-first interactions, and surfaces that work when ten thousand accounts live behind them.
What you will do
- • Ship features across Inbox, Automation, Analytics, and Settings.
- • Maintain the design system and the marketing surfaces.
- • Drive accessibility and performance from a per-PR budget.
What we look for
- • 5+ years with React/Next.js in production.
- • Strong TypeScript, comfortable with React Query and complex state.
- • A portfolio of interfaces you would defend under code review.
Trust and Safety Engineer
Trust and Safety. Remote. Full-time
Build the heuristics, models, and runbooks that keep the platform from being abused. You will work alongside Platform on rate limits, ban-risk scoring, and abuse takedown.
What you will do
- • Own ban-risk signals end-to-end: collection, scoring, action.
- • Write detectors for spam-like patterns at the automation layer.
- • Operate the abuse-response runbooks during incident windows.
What we look for
- • Background in trust and safety, anti-abuse, or fraud at scale.
- • Strong SQL; comfort writing detection rules over event streams.
- • A calm demeanor when an incident is hot.
Site Reliability Engineer
Infrastructure. Remote. Full-time
Keep the lights on. You will own the deployment pipeline, observability stack, and the on-call rotation we already have but want to make better.
What you will do
- • Operate Postgres, Redis, NATS, and the FastAPI/Next.js fleet.
- • Improve our observability: metrics, logs, traces.
- • Drive incident response and post-incident reviews.
What we look for
- • 4+ years in SRE or equivalent ops engineering.
- • Hands-on with Docker, Linux, and at least one cloud provider.
- • Strong appetite for boring infrastructure done well.
Operator Support Specialist
Support. Remote (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Full-time
Be the first human that operators meet when something goes wrong. Triage, reproduce, escalate, and write the docs that keep the next operator from filing the same ticket.
What you will do
- • Own incoming tickets across billing, accounts, and automation.
- • Reproduce reports against staging; file precise bugs to engineering.
- • Improve our docs. Every ticket is a docs gap.
What we look for
- • Excellent written English; a second language is a plus.
- • A track record of high-trust customer support, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- • Curious enough to read the SQL when the docs do not answer.
