Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any of its APIs, you accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

Telegram OS provides an operator platform for managing many Telegram accounts: a unified inbox, automation runner, dedicated residential proxies, marketplace, billing, and team workspaces. Accounts and proxies are rented from the platform pool, not sold to you.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including two-factor setup.
• You may not share credentials. Use Teams to grant access to others.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, or content that violates Telegram's Terms.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, tenant isolation, or audit logging.
• Reverse-engineer the Service, except where law expressly permits.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or stalk any person.
• Resell raw access, sub-license API keys, or run a competing offering on top of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any workspace that violates this section, and to cooperate with lawful investigations of abuse.

5. Rented accounts and proxies

• Accounts and dedicated residential proxies are rented for the duration of your subscription.
• Banned accounts under an active subscription are replaced from the platform pool, subject to fair-use limits.
• If your subscription lapses, accounts remain reserved for 5 days as a grace period before returning to the pool.
• Uploaded (owned) accounts remain yours throughout the subscription term and may be exported at any time from Settings.

6. Billing

• The Service uses a pre-paid wallet. Top-ups are processed via Stripe or NOWPayments.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; coverage runs to the end of the period.
• Bundles are billed at $4 per bundle (1 account plus 1 dedicated proxy) when bought one at a time.
• Crypto refunds are issued to the originating address minus network fees.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, send, or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely as needed to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train third-party models.

8. Marketplace

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and quality of what they list.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying that listings meet their needs before purchase.
• We may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Marketplace payouts settle to the seller's wallet net of platform fees disclosed at listing time.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in our IP beyond the right to use the Service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from the contact page. On termination, rented accounts and proxies return to the pool; data is deleted per our retention schedule.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability and (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and on the changelog. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
